Wait - I already have a venue coordinator. Is that the same thing?
I work WITH your venue coordinator to help bring your day together. Your venue coordinator is your venue expert. I am the one that will keep your meetings on track, help correspond your emails, meet with you AND your venue coordinator, and keep your venue coordinator and other vendors all on the same page. You can have both of us working together to help you!
What makes you different from other planners?
I work with you to find what is best for you. My services are targeted to keep you on track and organized, instead of styling and designing your day. While I can certainly advise you on those aspects, I am mostly here to help you find the vision that brings you the most excitement and implement it flawlessly. My style of planning is more management versus design.
Do you provide Day of Coordination?
Here’s a wedding industry secret - day of coordination doesn’t truly exist! Think about it. How could you hire someone for one day (one of the most important in your life!) to step in and take charge of ALL the things you’ve worked really hard for months - sometimes years - to plan? So while I provide management on the day of your wedding, that actually includes meetings with you beforehand and communication with you and your vendors leading up to the wedding. This allows me to help you make sure no detail has been left behind and that everything will be successfully and elegantly taken care of without you having to worry about anything.
Do you provide discounts?
I will do all that I possibly can to provide the best service cost for what your wedding planning needs are. This is based off of the amount of hours I implement weekly when it comes to guiding your planning. I encourage you to think about this - would you prefer to pay for a discounted value of service for a huge milestone in your life, or pay for the quality of service you will be getting to make your day perfect? We strive for the best quality work at an affordable cost to you so that your day is as perfect as you have always dreamed it would be.
